Tom is an action and result oriented Global digital Marketing Communications-Business professional with a specialization in digital and its transformation, online, social/virtual, mobile interactions within multiple tier multinational (sales) organisations.

His experiences cover the whole digital marketing spectrum around the globe and in particular digital strategies and business transformations, digital marketing communications, brand experiences and unified customer journey paths, CRM, SEO/SEA, Call Centers, Inside sales organisations and eCommerce strategic as well as tactical and operational. He combines a thorough knowledge of marketing and functional technology knowledge of databases, processes (and process optimizations), platforms and infrastructures. Both in one tier (direct sales) and multiple tier (Indirect/outsourced sales channels) globally operating organisations.

Due to his experiences in various sales and marketing functions in various multinational organisations, Tom knows how to translate strategy (theory) into executional practice in business, sales and marketing departments driving conversion, transactions and Return on (marketing)investment and drive teams in these efforts.

Tom also has well developed analytical skills. He masters the ability to easily visualize complexity. Has indepth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques, tools and processes. Competences added with a true entrepreneurial spirit and project, -change management and communication skills that have demonstrated a capacity to deal with and act with staff at board, senior executive, managerial, supervisory, operational levels in multi-cultural environments.
